To prepare for your initial appointment, please bring with you:
Referral letter (or email referral letter to: referrals@drjuneoo.com.au)
Patient Registration Form (or arrive in time to fill this out at you consultation)
Medicare card
Private health insurance card
Copies of any results you may have – pathology and radiology
List of your medications
To facilitate your registration process, please complete the registration form prior to your appointment.
Fees are payable on the day of consultation. Medicare rebate can be paid directly into your bank account.
Costs of surgery
Privately insured patients in private hospital
Costs of surgery vary depending on type of surgery and the level of cover you have with your health fund. A gap fees is payable in most circumstances. A fee estimate is provided prior to your procedure.

Surgeon fees
Anaesthetist fees – A separate quote will be provided by the rooms of the anaesthetist
Hospital fees
Uninsured patients in private hospital
Generally, receiving care in a private hospital whilst uninsured is not advised due to potential unforeseen costs related to your stay.
Cancellation of appointment or failure to attend
If you need to re-schedule or cancel your appointment, please call us and let us know as soon as possible so someone else can receive medical care.
Cancellation fees are applicable when appointments are cancelled less than 24 hours prior to appointment or fail to attend.
Telehealth appointments
Telehealth appointments may be an option for you depending on the reason for your review. Please discuss with us if telehealth is appropriate for you.
